Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before placing any order on the Ayona Silver website or mobile platform ("Platform"). By accessing our Platform and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

General Information

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age (or purchasing under a legal guardian).

  • Information provided during purchase must be accurate, complete, and current.

  • You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Products & descriptions

  • Minor natural variations in texture, finish, or shade are not defects.

  • Screen colour may slightly differ from the actual product.

  • All silver products are hallmarked or purity-certified unless stated otherwise.

  • Customised or made-to-order pieces are subject to separate terms communicated at order time.

Pricing & payment

  • All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change without prior notice; the price at order confirmation applies.

  • Accepted methods: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, BNPL, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • COD orders attract a non-refundable handling charge of ₹75 per order.

  • Pricing errors may result in order cancellation with a full refund.

Intellectual property

All content on the platform — brand name, logo, product images, descriptions, and design elements — is the exclusive property of Ayona Silver. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use may result in legal action.

Limitation of liability

  • Ayona Silver is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

  • Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the invoice value of the product(s) in question.

  • Delays caused by third-party logistics, force majeure, or customer error are excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes unresolved within 30 days of negotiation fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
