Order cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations follow the return process below.

Return eligibility — all conditions must be met

  • Return request raised within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Product is unused, unworn, and unaltered — no scratches, bending, resizing, or modifications.

  • Returned in original Ayona Silver packaging (branded box, pouch, tissue, protective wrapping).

  • Original invoice included with the return shipment.

  • All accessories and purity certificates (if applicable) included.

Non-returnable items not eligible

  • Customised, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery.

  • Products worn, resized, repaired, or altered after delivery.

  • Products without original packaging, tags, or invoice.

  • Items purchased in clearance or final sale (marked "Non-Returnable").

  • Earrings and nose pins (hygiene), unless received damaged or defective.

How to initiate a return

  • Email ayonasilver@gmail.com or raise a request on the platform within 7 days.

  • Include your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product.

  • Our team will respond within 2 business days.

  • Upon approval, a return shipping label or pick-up will be arranged (pin code dependent).

  • Important Do not ship the product before receiving written approval. Unauthorised returns will not be processed.

Refunds

  • Processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.

  • Credited to the original payment method (UPI/bank transfers reflect in 3–5 business days post-processing).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for damaged or incorrect deliveries.

  • COD orders: refunds issued via NEFT/IMPS to a bank account provided by you.

Damaged or defective products 48-hour rule

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory — requests without video will not be processed.

  • Also provide photos of the item, outer packaging, and shipping label.

  • Upon verification: full refund or replacement at no extra cost; return shipping borne by Ayona Silver.

Exchange policy

Exchanges (size, design, or variant) are accepted within the same 7-day window under the same conditions, subject to stock availability. Differential charges apply for higher-value items; lower-value exchanges receive store credit or a refund.
